まだまだ

ハマっている韓国ドラマ
地デジとBSで放送してるのを一通り録画して
面白いのだけ見てるけど

最近一番面白かった
「サイコパスダイアリー」が終わっちゃった
韓国ドラマにハマるきっかけの
「製パン王キム・タック」と同じ俳優さんが主役だったけど 今回も面白かった🎶
終わって残念だけど 次も楽しみだなぁ

それにしても
韓国ドラマ見てると…韓国料理食べたくなるんだよね😚
だから今日は 最終回見ながら冷麺にした🍜

韓国の調味料・冷麺ダシダとお気に入りの麺で😉👍

I’m addicted to Korean dramas and watch a lot
The drama I loved was the last episode today
I made cold noodles with my favorite seasonings and noodles and saw them while eating😚🎶

健康診断に行ってきたよ😌
婦人科系のオプション付けて
人間ドックに変更して 胃カメラもしてきた👍

胃カメラ4回目だったけど
今回は割とスムーズだったなぁ

ゆるキャラみたいな先生が 「うどんをすするようにね 讃岐うどんをイメージして☝️」
って言うんだけど
カメラ鼻から入れてるから（笑）
イメージ出来なかったよ😅
凄く綺麗で「全然ストレスないでしょ？」だって
問題無くて良かった

マンモグラフィもしてきたよ
結構痛い人多いみたいだけど…
私 全然大丈夫なんだよね
ただ めちゃくちゃ引っ張られるのが笑いそうになる🤭
引っ張って潰されて おっぱいが大変な事になってたよ💦

あとは結果が届くのを待つだけ
去年より健康的な生活してるから ちょっと楽しみ🎶

I took a gastrocamera but this time it wasn’t painful

In mammography, my boobs were pulled so much that I almost laughed 💦
It was hard because my boobs were pulled and crushed 😅

I’m looking forward to the results because I’m living a healthier life than last year✌️
